Author Guidelines

The Delta Journal of Clinical Practice (DJCP) publishes high-quality manuscripts in clinical practice and related fields. Authors are advised to follow these guidelines carefully when preparing and submitting their work.

1. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX), double-spaced, and written in English using 12-point Times New Roman font.

  • Title Page: Must include the title, author names, affiliations, and contact information of the corresponding author.
  • Abstract (Structured): Not more than 250 words summarizing the Introduction, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 3–6 relevant keywords.

2. Manuscript Structure

  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References (Vancouver style: superscript)

3. Tables and Figures

All tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and placed at the end of the manuscript with appropriate captions. Ensure high image quality for clarity.

4. Ethical Considerations

Authors must confirm that their studies were conducted according to ethical guidelines and that informed consent was obtained where applicable.

5. Plagiarism Policy

All submissions are screened for plagiarism. Manuscripts with over 20% similarity will be automatically rejected.

6. Submission Process

All manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the official DJCP submission platform.

7. Review and Decision

Submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors will be notified of the editorial decision within 4–6 weeks.

8. Copyright

Once accepted, the copyright of the article will be transferred to the Delta Journal of Clinical Practice.
